Dukaan app is a application of shop owners where shop own can get benefit from this. This app is very useful for shop owners who is delivering their services or products.
दूकान ऐप दुकानदारों का एक एप्लीकेशन है, जहाँ दुकानदारों को फायदा मिल सकता है। यह ऐप उन दुकान मालिकों के लिए बहुत उपयोगी है जोअपनी सेवाएँ या उत्पाद वितरित कर रहे हैं।
What do Dukaan app ? ( दूकान एप्प क्या करता है ?
Dukaan app is a app for creating virtual connection between shop owners and buyers.
It is making digital connection, so buyers no need to go to buy any product from shop.
दूकान ऐप दुकान मालिकों और खरीदारों के बीच ऑनलाइन संबंध बनाने के लिए एक ऐप है।
यह डिजिटल कनेक्शन बना रहा है, इसलिए खरीदारों को दुकान से किसी भी उत्पाद को खरीदने के लिए दूकान जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
Uses of Dukaan app ( दूकान एप्लिकेशन का उपयोग ) :-

दूकान ऐप का उपयोग करके, दुकान के मालिकों की बिक्री बढ़ेगी और सभी बिक्री का मैनेजमेंट करना आसान होगा।

How to use Dukaan App ? ( दूकान ऍप का उपयोग कैसे करें ? )
1) Download and install Dukaan app from play store.
प्ले स्टोर से दूकान ऐप डाउनलोड और इंस्टॉल करें।
2) After installing Dukaan app, open application and click on Create my store.
दूकान ऐप इंस्टॉल करने के बाद, एप्लिकेशन खोलें और Create my store पर क्लिक करें।
3) Then Enter your mobile number and verify it by otp. Then click on allow on locations and enter your address and click save.
फिर अपना मोबाइल नंबर डालें और इसे OTP द्वारा वेरीफाई करें। फिर अनुमति स्थानों पर क्लिक करें और अपना पता दर्ज करें और Save पर क्लिक करें।
4) After that, Enter your business or shop name and address and Finish button, then your store will be created successfully.
उसके बाद अपना व्यवसाय या दुकान का नाम और पता और Finish बटन क्लिक करें, फिर आपका स्टोर सफलतापूर्वक बन जाएगा।
5) Now your store is ready online, you can add product to your online store.
Click on Add product button .
अब आपका स्टोर ऑनलाइन तैयार है, आप अपने ऑनलाइन स्टोर में चीजे जोड़ सकते हैं।
Add product बटन पर क्लिक करें।
6) Now create your product category and then add product details with images.
Product name, prices, sale price, comment with product. Then click on Add Product.
अब अपनी उत्पाद श्रेणी बनाएं और फिर छवियों के साथ उत्पाद विवरण जोड़ें।
उत्पाद का नाम, मूल्य, बिक्री मूल्य, उत्पाद के साथ टिप्पणी करें। इसके बाद Add Product पर क्लिक करें।
7) Now you can check your added products in products tab in dashboard. You can update product details from this menu and share this product on whatsapp, facebook, instagram etc.
अब आप अपने जोड़े गए प्रोडक्ट्स को डैशबोर्ड में Products टैब में देख सकते हैं। आप इस मेनू से प्रोडक्ट डिटेल्स अपडेट कर सकते हैं और इस उत्पाद को व्हाट्सएप, फेसबुक, इंस्टाग्राम आदि पर शेयर कर सकते हैं।
8) In orders tab, all orders will display pending orders, received orders, completed orders with details.
Orders टैब में, सभी ऑर्डर्स दिखेंग।
9) You can check other feature option from "Account" tab .
आप "Account" टैब से अन्य सुविधा विकल्प की जांच कर सकते हैं।
10) You can setup delivery charges from Delivery charges option.
आप डिलीवरी शुल्क को "Delivery Charges" ऑप्शन से सेट कर सकते हैं।
